Why a PIR Insulated Metal Sheet Roof?
Incombustible and highly heat resistant
If it catches fire, the PIR insulator will create a layer of carbon dioxide to cover the surface, creating a charred surface to prevent the foam inside from being exposed to oxygen. This results in a product that is non-flammable and is up to 400 degrees Celsius fire resistant without breaking up.
Less smoke, prevents the product from catching fire
Our PIR insulator has an appropriate index rate of 350-370, making the insulators well compatible. It is the most effective in fire resistant and creates less smoke when it catches fire.
Strong and durable
The product is made of a high-quality iron, extremely pressure resistant – able to resist a horizontal pressure of 216-295 kPa and a vertical pressure of 123-135 kPa.
No loud noise when it rains
Under the roof is insulated with PIR insulator which is able to considerably reduce the reflecting noise or unpleasant sounds.
Eco-friendly
PIR insulation contains organic compounds found in nature. and is used instead of CFCs (that cause global warming and destroy the Earth’s atmosphere)

PIR metal sheet sandwich panel insulated roof
The metal sheet roofs are consisted of PIR foam insulator that is installed under the roof. It helps prevent the heat from entering from under the roof. This kind of insulator must be installed during the construction phase of the house. It is not very popular yet. However, installing the insulator under the roof is the best and the most effective way in preventing the heat.
The material used in the product is PIR (Polyisocyanurate Foam). It is used as an insulator of the roof. It can prevent both heat and coldness. It is lightweight, easy to move, making installation easy and fast, can be used as a ceiling of the attic without requiring more of other insulators, reducing the steps in the construction. It is mostly installed during the construction process.
We also use metal sheet / Aluzinc as the outer roof structure. It is strong and durable. The metal received a global standard.
